AAIZAA by Rhea Khan – Returns & Store Credit Policy
Thank you for shopping with AAIZAA by Rhea Khan. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we kindly ask that you review our updated returns policy before making a return request.
Return Eligibility & Conditions
Return Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Returns must be shipped back within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be in original, unworn condition, with original packaging included.
Returns received in damaged, worn, or incomplete condition will not be accepted.
Store Credit Only
Refunds are issued as store credit only—no monetary refunds are provided.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Only one store credit may be issued per customer within a 12-month period.
Store credit cannot be used with any promotions, discount codes, or on sale items.
Once issued, store credit cannot be reissued or exchanged.

Returns Process

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as AAIZAA by Rhea Khan is not liable for lost or missing return parcels.
If your item is returned without its original branded box or packaging, a $5 deduction per missing or damaged box will be applied to your store credit.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via email or website chat within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include a clear photo of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Unauthorized Returns
Any returns that are not authorized, arrive damaged, worn, or incomplete will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
